※The low-concentration constant temperature and humidity system is to meet the requirements of weighing conditions after sampling in the new national standard HJ836-2017 "Measurement Method for Low Concentration of Fixed Pollution Sources" of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. A high-precision balance is placed in a constant temperature and humidity environment. The samples were placed in a constant temperature and constant mixing box to balance for 24 hours before weighing. This product solves the impact of changes in laboratory ambient temperature and humidity on the weighing results of samples, and greatly improves the accuracy of weighing sample results. This product is also used for other samples with high requirements on the weighing environment. Especially suitable for small and medium-sized environmental monitoring stations, meteorological monitoring stations, scientific research and third-party testing laboratories

Features

※The temperature and humidity control accuracy is high, meeting the requirements of the national standard HJ836-2017 and HJ656 2013, the temperature fluctuation is ±0.5℃, and the humidity fluctuation is ±2.0% RH. Imported humidity sensor is adopted.

※The human-machine interface adopts a 4-inch color touch screen, which is beautiful and durable, and can actually display the temperature and humidity values. You can check the temperature and humidity fluctuation curves through the temperature and humidity curves, and check the temperature and humidity historical data through the table records.

※The constant temperature and humidity box adopts a reasonable circulating air system, with soft wind and reasonable wind direction, which not only ensures uniform temperature and humidity in the box, but also does not interfere with the weighing of the balance due to too strong wind. The temperature uniformity is ±1°C and the humidity uniformity is ±1°C. 5% RH.

※The compressor unit adopts an independent shock absorption system, which can effectively avoid the impact of compressor vibration on the weighing balance.

※The compressor adopts intermittent refrigeration or continuous mode.

※The heating and cooling systems are completely independent.

※There are two operating entrances on the box body, which are isolated with latex gloves to avoid the influence of constant temperature and humidity conditions during manual operation.

※Over-temperature, overload, leakage protection, compressor over-pressure protection, and low-voltage protection for the overall equipment.

※In case of unexpected situations such as electric leakage, sound and light alarm, automatic shutdown after alarm and other protection.

※The system is equipped with constant temperature, constant humidity, four-level shockproof and static electricity removal functions. The whole system is a standard balance room. The weighing process fully complies with the HJ656-2013 specification, ensuring the accuracy of weighing.
