1. From the date of invoice issuance, during the one-year warranty period, if our products and components have faults in the materials used or in the design and manufacturing, our company will guarantee free repair according to the conditions stated in the warranty.

If the malfunction occurs after the warranty period and is caused by our company's design and manufacturing, our company will also provide repair. And appropriately charge spare parts and on-site fees.

1. Faults caused by incorrect use.

2. Any malfunction caused by improper modification of instrument parameters or products.

3. Faults caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires, as well as voltage instability and other special external factors.

4. Failure to operate according to the instructions in our company's product manual, or malfunction caused by the user when handling the machine.

5. Failure to contact our company and transport it overseas.

6. Problems that occur during transportation. 7. Users require regular inspections and maintenance.

When users request regular inspections or repairs, they can specify on the repair feedback form when to conduct regular inspections and maintenance. During the warranty period, the feedback form will be sent to our company's technical service center, and our company will send another document voucher. After receiving the user's remittance, our company will arrange the specific time for regular inspections and repairs.

1. The guarantee document records the required matters, and the supplier or manufacturer of our company must affix the seal of the distributor or manufacturer in order to take effect.

2. Users should carefully fill out the repair feedback form and send it back to our company in a timely manner for it to take effect.
