Use of biohazard precautions

　　1. Do not put flammable and volatile chemicals into the biochemical box .

　　2. If there are abnormalities, peculiar smells, smoke, etc. during use, please turn off the power immediately. Users should not repair blindly, and should notify the company's maintenance department and professionals to check and repair.

　　

 

　　3. The inner wall of the biochemical box and the surface of the equipment should be wiped frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the exterior surfaces with acids, alkalis or other corrosive solutions.

　　4. When the equipment is shut down and not in use, tidal displacement treatment should be carried out. Specific method: Pour out the water in the water tank at the bottom of the tank, set the temperature at 42°C, run for 5 hours, open the door of the tank every 2 hours to let off the water, and unplug the power plug after treatment.

5. When the biochemical box equipment 　　is not used for a long time , the power cord should be unplugged to prevent the equipment from hurting people. It should be run regularly (usually a quarter) for 2-3 days according to the operating conditions to remove the moisture in the electrical part and avoid damage to related equipment

　　biochemical box method

　　1. Open the door of the biochemical box, put the items to be processed into the shelf of the box, and close the door.

　　2. Turn on the power switch, insert the three-pin plug into the power socket, and put the power switch on the panel in the "on" position. At this time, the digital display of the instrument will appear, indicating that the equipment has entered the working state.

　　3. Set the required temperature in the box through the temperature controller on the control panel.

　　When the set temperature is 5°C higher than the ambient temperature, set the cooling switch to RT+5°C (the detailed operation instructions of the temperature controller are as follows).

　　4. The instrument starts to work, and the temperature in the box gradually reaches the set value. After the required processing time, the processing work is completed.

　　5. After the temperature in the box is close to the ambient temperature, turn off the power, open the door, take the object out of the biochemical box for installation and debugging.

　　

 

　　Precautions for biochemical box:

　　1. Pay attention to force on the glass during transportation, do not hit the box. Inversions and tilts exceeding 45° are prohibited.

　　2. The equipment should be placed on the ground, and if the ground is uneven, it should be corrected.

　　3. Do not use in direct sunlight or high temperature and high humidity environment, and keep the ambient temperature at 10-30°C.

　　4. The equipment should be far away from electromagnetic interference sources, and the grounding wire of the equipment should be effectively grounded.

　　5. When the equipment is in normal operation, the placement of the contents in the box should not affect the air circulation, so as to ensure the air circulation and temperature uniformity in the box.

　　6. The power supply is AC 220V50HZ. It is necessary to use a 10A three-core socket with a reliable grounding wire. Unauthorized use of two-core sockets is not allowed.

　　7. Do not lean the power cord to the back, and do not put instruments or other items on the power cord, so as not to damage the power cord.
