How to solve the faults of the constant temperature and humidity box?
1. The temperature and humidity display of the constant temperature and humidity chamber is abnormal
1. The temperature and humidity controller of the constant temperature and humidity box shows abnormal temperature. At this time, we should first check the super humidity protector in the control room to see if it is still at 150°C.
2. Second, check whether the pipes in the laboratory have not been cleaned for too long, resulting in poor water flow. Then check to see if there is water in the upper tank. If there is no water, check to see if there is water in the lower tank.
3. Check whether the humidity solid state relay is short circuited. If there is no problem with the heater, then we can use the AC voltage range of the ammeter to detect.
4. You can also turn off the main power of the constant temperature and humidity box, open the drain valve under the heating barrel to a position parallel to the pipe, drain the water inside, clean the dirt inside, then pull out the silicone pipe, scrub it in water, After maintenance, install it back in the reverse direction according to the removal method. After the installation is completed, the drain valve under the humidification cylinder should be closed to a position perpendicular to the pipe, and then the main power supply behind the machine should be turned on.

2. Frequent "tripping" phenomenon occurs during daytime operation, and the cooling effect at night is normal
Analysis: The normal cooling effect at night indicates that the refrigeration system and circuit system are working normally, indicating that it is caused by the external cause of the constant temperature and humidity box , and the reason is poor heat dissipation of the condenser.
Check: The reasons for the poor heat dissipation of the condenser are:
(1) The condenser indication is too dirty.
(2) There is air in the refrigeration system.
(3) The ambient air does not flow.
(4) The ambient temperature is too high.
(5) An oil film forms on the inner surface of the condenser.
Treatment results: The cooling effect of the laboratory at night is normal, and the above reasons (1) (2) (3) and (5) have been ruled out. Move the test chamber to another location and the machine will no longer "trip". It is determined that the poor heat dissipation of the condenser is caused by the constant temperature and humidity box being close to the heat source.
Solution: Move the constant temperature and humidity chamber to a ventilated place away from heat sources to troubleshoot.
3. How to solve overpressure
First of all, we should confirm the ambient temperature, because most of the overpressure is caused by the high ambient temperature. Check if the room temperature is too high due to summer or lack of ventilation. The applicable temperature of the constant temperature and humidity box is generally 5~28°C.
If the temperature of the room does not exceed the above value, then when placing the constant temperature and humidity chamber, whether the device is placed too close to the wall or corner, because this will cause poor heat dissipation and alarm.
In addition, has the test chamber been cleaned since purchase? Usually, under the machine, that is, the refrigeration system, large refrigeration components such as the condenser fan and condenser can be seen, and whether the condenser fan and condenser are covered with dust. If it is, please clean it in time, because the fine dust hinders its radiation. Generally, monthly or quarterly cleaning is recommended. When cleaning, you can use a vacuum cleaner or other auxiliary tools. Pay attention to cleaning when the machine is stopped.
