This is an insidious risk that can be avoided by first vacuum packaging and then heating for manipulation. Put the items to be dried into the drying box, close the door, turn off the automatic exhaust valve, open the vacuum valve, turn on the mechanical pump, turn on the air pump, make the vacuum pump enter the small box to reach -0.1MPa, and turn off the vacuum valve . Then turn off the mechanical pump switching power supply.

  In the walk-in drug test box , turn the main power switch of the industrial oven to the open position, select the required setting temperature, and the temperature in the box will gradually increase. When the temperature in the box is close to the set temperature, the heating display light will flicker and go out. , Repeated several times, generally can enter the temperature control state within 120min. When the required working temperature is relatively low, you can use the secondary setting method. For example, the standard temperature is 60°C, and the first time can be set to 50°C. The temperature is gradually reduced, and the second time is set to 60°C. This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overcharge situation and quickly enter the temperature control state.

  If the chemical test box heats the air sequentially in the process of heating and vacuum packaging, the heat will be carried to the mechanical pump, which may cause the mechanical pump to rise too high and reduce the operating frequency of the mechanical pump. Heated gas is introduced into the gauge and a temperature rise is created across the gauge. If the temperature rises beyond the operating temperature range of the vacuum gauge, a vacuum gauge indication deviation may occur. The precise construction process should be vacuum-packed and then heated. This is useful if you find that the vacuum has dropped after meeting the additional temperature.
