Precautions for biochemical box

　　1. The biochemical box should be installed in a place where the temperature and humidity changes little, use a three-pin plug, and the socket should be properly grounded.

　　2. Before starting the biochemical box, you must fully familiarize yourself with and understand the supporting instruments and the instructions for use of the instruments, and master the correct use methods.

　　3. It is strictly forbidden to contain volatile organic chemical reaction solvents. There are explosive and flammable gases inside the can, do not use flammable spray near the inside of the can to prevent sparks from being ignited.

　　4. Frequently check the biochemical box for air leakage.

　　5. The biochemical box has a power-off protection function, so the compressor should be restarted for about one and a half minutes after shutdown, so as to better protect the compressor.

　　6. The distance between the condenser and the wall of the biochemical incubator should be greater than 100mm, leaving a gap of 50mm on the side of the incubator and 300mm on the top of the incubator to ensure good heat dissipation.

　　7. The biochemical box should avoid vibration caused by collision and shaking during transportation, repair and maintenance, and the maximum tilt should be less than 45 degrees.

　　8. When shutting down for a long time, the main power supply of the equipment and the power switch on the back of the equipment should be turned off. ?At the same time, the biochemical incubator should avoid frequently opening the door to keep the temperature stable and prevent dust and dirt from entering the working room.

　　9. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean every day, and cleaned after each use. If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to wipe the inner wall of the sassafras box and the surface of the equipment frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the exterior surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive and solution.

　　10. After culturing, turn off the power switch. Do not open the door unless you remove the sample immediately.

　　11. The biochemical box shall not be used in abnormal environments such as high voltage, high current, and strong magnetic field. It should be carried out in strict accordance with the electrical safety operation regulations.

　　12. Do not put flammable and volatile chemical learning items into the incubator.

　　13. If there is any abnormality, peculiar smell, smoke, etc., please turn off the power immediately. Users should not blindly fix it.

　　14. The inner tank of the box wall and the surface of the equipment should be wiped frequently to keep a clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the exterior surfaces with acids, alkalis or other corrosive solutions.

　　15. When the equipment is shut down and not in use, the tide should be removed. The specific analysis method is as follows: pour out the water in the water tray at the bottom of the tank at the same time, set the temperature at 42°C, run for 5 hours, and turn on every two hours Once the door of the box cannot let out moisture, after the processing work is completed, unplug all the power and use the plug for storage.

　　16. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power cord should be removed to prevent the equipment from hurting people. And it should be operated regularly (usually in the first quarter) for 2-3 days according to the environmental conditions of use to drive away the moisture in the electrical company and avoid damage to related devices.
