Set the temperature "setting-measurement" switch in the constant temperature incubator and waterproof incubator to "setting", adjust the temperature setting knob to the required working temperature, and then set the "setting-measurement" switch to "measurement". At this time, the temperature in the incubator starts to rise, and the green light turns on.

　　2. Before power on, check the electrical performance of the box, and pay attention to whether there is an open circuit or leakage. After everything is ready, put the sample in, close the door, and unscrew the exhaust valve of the drying box of the stability test box if necessary, with a gap of about 10 mm.

When the working temperature is lower than 150, only one heater is allowed to work, and the high temperature switch is turned off.

The place where the indicator light turns on and off alternately is the constant temperature point. When the temperature in the working room is stable, you can slightly adjust the thermostat to improve the temperature control accuracy. This method can choose any working temperature.
