Precautions and operation of constant temperature and humidity chamber
In order to avoid the failure of the machine in the constant temperature and humidity chamber, please provide the power supply within the rated voltage range. Before the installation and wiring are completed, please do not turn on the power to avoid electric shock, misoperation and failure. This product is non-explosion-proof, please do not use it in a constant temperature and humidity chamber because it is used in an environment with some flammable, explosive and gas . During the operation of the instrument, please try not to open the door of the laboratory. Opening the door at high temperature may cause injury to the operation and management personnel, opening the door at low temperature may cause frostbite to social workers, and ice may form in the evaporator, affecting the cooling effect. If you must open it, do your best to protect it.

Do not disassemble, process, modify or repair the constant temperature and humidity machine without authorization, otherwise it may cause abnormal movement, electric shock or fire hazard. The air vent of the machine body should be kept unblocked to avoid malfunction, abnormal data operation, reduced lifespan and fire. Do not use the machine if it is damaged or deformed when unpacked. When installing and setting up a machine, be careful not to allow dust, threads, iron filings or some other things to get in, otherwise this kind of wrong action or malfunction will occur.
Wiring needs to be correct and grounded. Failure to ground may result in electric shock, misuse accidents, abnormal display or excessive measurement errors. Periodically inspect terminal screws and retainers. Do not use when they are loose. When operating the instrument, install the power input terminal cover on the terminal board to prevent electric shock. After the refrigerant is throttled by the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure system refrigerant and enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle development process.
Constant temperature and humidity box air ring system: the fan is responsible for supplying air from the return air inlet, and sending the air to the space required by the user after passing through the evaporator (cooling, dehumidification), humidifier, and electric heating (heating). The air mixes with the air in the space and returns to the return air inlet.
Constant temperature and humidity box electrical automatic control system: it includes a power supply part and an automatic control part. The power supply is divided into automatic control parts such as temperature, humidity control, and fault protection by contactors, compressors, fans, electrical appliances, and humidifiers: temperature and humidity control is performed by a temperature and humidity controller. Compare the return air temperature and humidity with the temperature and humidity set by the user, and automatically operate the compressor (cooling and dehumidification), humidifier, electric heater (heating) and other components to realize automatic control of constant temperature and humidity.
